” I took the plunge into a FitBodies 12 week challenge after hitting a major plateau in my training. I had happily seen some results on my own but then it just stopped and I needed some direction. Kerryn’s program was absolutely brilliant.
From week one I was discovering new food combinations, a better resistance training plan, and although I felt I was eating way too much my body responded straight away. The last 12 weeks have been a real challenge and there have been ups and downs along the way, but this challenge has given me a whole new level of confidence and belief in myself and I now feel I have got to a level of fitness I have always strived for.
For anybody out there who is contemplating taking up this challenge I can only say “don’t put off tomorrow what you can do today”. Believe in yourself and you will reap the rewards. You just need to want it bad enough.

“I came across Kerryn on a health and fitness blog and thought I’d check out her website and I’m certainly glad I did! We got chatting and enlisting her help was the best thing I ever did. She designed a nutrition plan specifically for my needs and an exercise program. I felt like I was in heaven as everything was mapped out easily for me.
I have so much more energy. My skin is clearer. My eyes are clearer. My concentration, memory and happiness are being restored. I’m nowhere near as moody, aggressive or angry. PMT – what’s that???!!! I find I can cope with difficult situations easier and with less stress. I plan things now. I understand that ‘impulse’ thinking does not work – you MUST have a plan. Get a goal and plan how you are going to achieve it. Take little steps at a time. I fluffed up more times that I’d care to admit – but I still kept my eye on the end result.

“Well I am feeling bloody awesome right now. Sore and stiff and tired, but awesome. I completed the 12km run in 1hr 15mins, which means I beat my goal time by 5 mins! Did not walk a single step, even on the killer hills. Actually felt as though I could of pushed myself a little bit harder.
It feels so great to have finally completed a fitness goal. I really do feel as though this is just the first step for me, now I can do anything. Thank you so much for all of your advice and support, it made such a difference.
