It doesn’t matter where you live, whether you have access to a gym or not, or what time you like to exercise – with online training, anyone can fit a training program into their lifestyle and achieve the results they desire. And no matter what your fitness level, I can design an online program to suit you.

Because every package is individually tailored for each client, I don’t offer instantly downloadable programs. Please email me via the link on the left-hand side of the screen and let me know which package you’re interested in, and I’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

These are my three most popular online packages, offering something to suit most budgets. If you have particular needs that these packages don’t meet, please contact me and I will be happy to work with you to tailor something appropriate.

12-week FitBodies Total Transformation package

The FitBodies flagship program. If accountability and support are what you need, this is the package for you.  You not only receive a program to follow, but you will have my personal support along the way. I will help you with motivation and mindset as well as exercise and nutrition. The package includes:

  • Training program tailored to your individual needs and abilities. Includes both resistance training & cardio, with updates as required
  • A new workout schedule each week
  • Nutrition plan including meal suggestions and recipes
  • Monitoring of food and exercise, feedback on progress and changes to your program where necessary
  • Ongoing email support throughout your 12 weeks
  • 12 week tracker to chart your efforts and progress

12-week FitBodies Super Starter program

Are you committed and self-motivated enough to go it alone, but need a program to follow to ensure you’re on the right track? This package includes:

  • Training program tailored to your individual needs and abilities, including resistance training & cardio
  • 12 weekly workout schedules
  • Nutrition guidelines
  • Meal suggestions and recipes
  • 12 week tracker to chart your efforts and progress

This program design is similar to the Total Transformation Package, but does not include coaching, feedback, program changes or ongoing support.

6 week FitBodies Fit Fast exercise program

Are you sick of doing the same old thing at the gym? Here’s your chance to get an individual exercise program that’s tailored to your goals and abilities.

It includes resistance training, cardio and stretching and will be designed around whatever equipment you have available. The program can be designed for gym or at-home workouts and includes plenty of variety so you don’t get bored.

No nutrition advice, coaching, feedback, program changes or ongoing support are included with this program

One-on-one services

One on one personal training sessions are available in our private studio at South Morang and/or outdoors in the surrounding parklands. Sessions run for 60 minutes and are designed around your goals and abilities. Information on nutrition together with a monitored food diary is included for all packages of six sessions or more. Everything you need is provided, including bottled water and towels. All you have to do is show up with a positive attitude!

Prices vary, depending on the number of sessions purchased, but begin at $45.
